Browse our website, select your desired items, and then email or whatsapp us to check stock and arrange delivery. For an enhanced experience, we recommend visiting our showroom to personally inspect and compare our products.


All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars, inclusive of GST, and deliveries are within Singapore. Please indicate your shipping destination when enquiring for a quotation.


Some items may be out of stock; in such cases, we'll inform you to modify or cancel your order. Free local delivery is available for orders of SGD$500 or more; otherwise, a SGD$80 fee applies. Delivery is from 10 am to 6 pm on weekdays, with a surcharge of SGD$80 for Saturday delivery. No delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Customers are responsible for shifting, dismantling, or disposing of old furniture before delivery. No disposal service is provided. Additional surcharge of SGD$30 per floor applies for delivery to addresses without lifts. If no one is available during the confirmed delivery schedule, please contact us to rearrange, noting that extra delivery surcharges may apply.

For international delivery or assembly services, please contact us for arrangements. While assembly service is available upon request, Ibenma is not liable for any losses or damages arising from transportation, assembly, or related activities.


Ibenma carefully checks all items before delivery. If any damage or fault is found, please inform our staff immediately for an exchange or repair. Note that there are strictly no changes or refunds for promotional items and display sets.

No exchange is allowed in case of a change of mind after items have been assembled.


Choose carefully, as we generally do not accept refund requests for changes of mind. A 10% cancellation fee applies if the request is received before delivery. Refund requests are not accepted after delivery and assembly.


Ibenma strives to deliver the highest quality products. Bed frames come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover natural wood characteristics, dents, paint finish damage, or misuse. Ibenma is not liable for damages resulting from reconfiguration or modification by third parties or customers, and the warranty becomes void accordingly. Hairline cracks, considered normal in full solid wood, are not defects if they do not affect stability. Mattress covers are not included in any warranty. Items like children's bedding and pillows cannot be replaced or returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us within 7 days to return or exchange faulty items, ensuring all original packaging and accessories are included. Warranty excludes promotional and specially indicated items. For better service, share photos or comments via post-sale email, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
